- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients
- Monitor patient conditions and record vital signs accurately
- Administer medications, injections, and IV therapy as prescribed
- Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures
- Provide wound care, catheter care, and other nursing interventions
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health management
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Ensure infection control and patient safety standards are followed
- Must exhibit evidence based practices. And contribute to allied therapeutic approaches.
- Emotional support and aid in rehabilitation process
