Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing Strategy

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads.
- Plan and execute online marketing campaigns for residential and commercial projects.
- Monitor market trends and competitors' digital activities.

Lead Generation

- Generate high-quality leads through Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely lead follow-up.

Social Media Management

- Manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging content, reels, videos, and promotional posts.
- Increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.

Paid Advertising

- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.

Website & SEO

- Maintain and update the company website.




- Improve website ranking through SEO and keyword optimization.
- Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics and Search Console.

Content Marketing

- Create marketing content including brochures, blogs, email campaigns, SMS campaigns, and WhatsApp promotions.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creative assets.

Performance Monitoring

- Track campaign performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Analyze KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rate, CPL (Cost per Lead), CTR, and ROI.
- Recommend improvements based on campaign data.

CRM & Lead Management

- Ensure all digital leads are properly recorded in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding lead status and conversions.
- Maintain accurate lead reports and conversion tracking.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
