Job Summary

Seeking a proactive HR Executive to manage payroll, recruitment, employee engagement, performance goal-setting, and process improvement — balancing administrative accuracy with a people-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Salary Preparation & Payroll: Process monthly payroll, salary slips, PF/ESI/TDS deductions, and F&F; settlements.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring — sourcing, screening, offers, and induction.
- Goals & Achievements: Support appraisal cycles, track KPIs/KRAs, and recognize employee performance.
- Engagement Activities: Plan events, wellness sessions, and internal communication; handle grievances.
- New Ideas: Recommend HRMS/automation tools and process improvements to boost efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labour laws and maintain accurate HR records.

on-time payroll processing every month.
- Reduced time-to-hire and solid offer-to-joining ratio.
- High employee engagement scores and timely appraisal closure.
- At least one process/engagement improvement idea implemented per quarter.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's in HR or related field; 1–3 years' HR generalist experience.
- Working knowledge of HRMS/payroll tools (Zoho People, Keka, GreytHR) and MS Excel.
- Good communication skills and understanding of labour law/statutory compliance.

Note:- No Virtual only personal round of interview as its a urgent post so arranging both rounds same day.
