Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

- Application of credit card, check, wire, ACH, direct debit payments from customers in SAP for UK/EU regions from shared services center in India
- Meeting defined productivity and quality benchmarks
- Ensuring regular communication with Business Unit personnel to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Ensuring operational performance through Team Presentations, Process Quality Initiatives, etc.
- Improve the overall cash application process
- Coordinating with stakeholders to bring resolution on pending cases
- Participating in monthly reviews with internal/external stakeholders in absence of team leader
- Mailbox management
- Creation of daily/weekly/monthly reports for management
- Creation of monthly MIS and daily quality check for EU/UK/AuNZ regiosn
- Provide month-end support to ensure smooth month-end ledger closure
- Performing netting, refunds, GL clearing and other relevant activities while adhering to KPIs




- Supporting in automation projects with data, test cases etc.
- Supporting as backup for critical resources in cases of unplanned absence
- Providing guidance to junior team members

Com (or similar), with prior experience in accounting, preferable cash application for EU/UK region
