Job Title: HIM Analyst (Health Information Management) Solventum Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad, India Work Mode: Work From Office (5 Days a Week) Shift Timings: 5:30 PM 2:30 AM IST (Aligned with U.S. Eastern Time) Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HIM (Health Information Management) Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare information management and Solventum applications.

The ideal candidate will support healthcare operations by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of patient health information while collaborating with clinical, operational, and technical teams.

The candidate should possess relevant HIM certification and have experience working with healthcare systems, medical records management, coding workflows, documentation processes, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities Health Information Management Manage, review, and maintain electronic health records (EHR) and patient documentation.

Ensure completeness, accuracy, and integrity of medical records.

Support chart analysis, document management, record completion, and release of information processes.

Monitor and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, organizational policies, and documentation standards.

Perform audits and quality checks on patient records and documentation workflows.

Solventum Application Support Provide operational and application support for Solventum HIM solutions.

Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with internal and external stakeholders.

Support workflow optimization and process improvement initiatives.





Assist in application configuration, testing, validation, and implementation activities.

Collaborate with end users to gather requirements and improve system functionality.

Reporting & Compliance Generate reports and analyze HIM-related metrics and performance indicators.

Support compliance initiatives, audits, and accreditation requirements.

Ensure adherence to healthcare privacy and security standards.

Maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and system changes.

Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with HIM teams, clinicians, healthcare administrators, and IT teams.

Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and production support activities.

Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer when required.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related field.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Health Information Management (HIM).

Experience working with Solventum healthcare solutions.

Strong understanding of medical records management and healthcare documentation workflows.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations, privacy standards, and compliance requirements.

Experience supporting healthcare applications and end users.





Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Mandatory Certification Candidates must possess at least one of the following certifications: RHIA (Registered Health Information Administrator) RHIT (Registered Health Information Technician) CCS (Certified Coding Specialist) CCS-P (Certified Coding Specialist Physician Based) CPC (Certified Professional Coder) AHIMA Certification (Relevant HIM Certification) Preferred Skills Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.

Knowledge of healthcare coding and reimbursement processes.

Experience in U.S. healthcare environments.

Familiarity with healthcare compliance and accreditation standards.

Experience with reporting and data analysis tools.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced workplace.
