Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

Take orders from customers.

Serve food and beverages to customers.

Clean and maintain dining tables.

Food Preparation Support

Assist chefs in basic food preparation tasks such as:

*Washing

*Peeling

*Cutting

*Chopping

Portioning vegetables, fruits, meats, and other ingredients

Kitchen Maintenance

Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly.

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of:

*Kitchen areas

*Workstations

*Storage areas

*Refrigerators

*Freezers

Dispose of kitchen waste properly and keep waste disposal areas clean.

Inventory & Stock Management

Store food items following FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.

Receive and organize deliveries of:

Raw materials

Groceries

Kitchen supplies

Refill kitchen stocks, condiments, packaging materials, and cleaning supplies.

Order Handling





Assist in packing takeaway orders.

Support online delivery order preparation whenever required.

Food Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and grooming standards.

Equipment & Operations Support

Report damaged equipment, shortages, or maintenance issues to the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.

Assist in opening and closing kitchen duties.

Support chefs during busy service hours by preparing ingredients and helping maintain smooth kitchen operations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
