CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Relationship Managers to drive Mortgage business through the DSA Channel.

The role involves sourcing Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business, managing DSA relationships, and achieving business targets while ensuring portfolio quality.

Key Responsibilities

Source Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through the DSA channel.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing DSAs and onboard new partners.
Generate quality business leads and ensure healthy monthly disbursements.
Guide customers through the loan process and ensure complete documentation.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams for smooth processing.
Monitor portfolio quality and ensure adherence to internal policies.
Achieve assigned business, revenue, and productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria





Minimum 2 years of experience in Mortgage Sales through the DSA channel.
Good understanding of Home Loan & LAP products and documentation.
Strong network with DSAs, connectors, and local market participants.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Graduate in any discipline.
