Job Description: General Manager Finance Location: Santacruz East, Mumbai Industry: Stainless Steel Fastener Manufacturing Salary: 1720 LPA (Depending on Experience & Last Drawn Salary) Role Summary A reputed stainless steel fastener manufacturing company is looking for an experienced and strategic General Manager Finance to lead the complete finance and accounts function.

The ideal candidate should have 1520 years of experience in a manufacturing company and possess strong expertise in financial planning, accounting, taxation, compliance, budgeting, and business finance.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the complete Finance & Accounts function.

Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.

Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports.

Manage taxation, GST, statutory compliance, audits, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor working capital, receivables, payables, and overall financial health.

Develop and implement effective financial controls and processes.

Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and statutory authorities.

Provide strategic financial insights to the management for business decision-making.

Monitor manufacturing costs, inventory, profitability, and cost-control initiatives.

Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance across business operations.

Qualifications & Experience CA / CMA / MBA Finance or equivalent professional qualification preferred.

1520 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with substantial experience in a manufacturing company.

Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, audits, financial planning, and compliance.

Experience in manufacturing cost analysis and working capital management will be preferred.

Desired Skills Strong leadership and strategic financial management skills.

Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.

Strong knowledge of ERP and accounting systems.

Advanced MS Excel and MIS reporting skills.
