About the Role

EducateMe Group (EMG) is seeking an ambitious, self-motivated professional to help build our Employer & Institutional Engagement ecosystem across South India.

Working alongside our marketing team, your initial objective will be to secure *employer endorsements* that demonstrate industry support for the *Elevate Platform*. Employer logos, testimonials and endorsements will strengthen our credibility with educational institutions and encourage them to adopt Elevate.

This is *not* a recruitment role. Graduate placements will become part of the ecosystem as the platform expands.

Following a successful pilot, the role offers significant opportunities to grow into a leadership position as the programme expands across India and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

* Secure employer endorsements and strategic partnerships.

* Build relationships with employers through LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.

* Obtain permission to feature employer logos and testimonials.

* Create LinkedIn engagement and employer discussions.

* Generate interest from educational institutions.

* Work closely with the EMG marketing team while taking ownership of your own initiatives.

Essential Requirements

* *Proven experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator (essential).*

* *Fluent spoken and written English (essential).*

* Confident engaging with senior employers and business leaders.

* Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.

* Performance-driven with a proven ability to achieve results.

* Creative, resourceful and able to generate your own ideas.

* A genuine interest in education, graduate employability and workforce development.

This role is designed for someone who can *hit the ground running*. We are looking for an experienced skilled who requires minimal training and is ready to make an immediate impact.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
