Profile: Product Trainer-Accounting Software-Surat-5.4 LPA

Experience:

- Preferred: 2-3 years
- Background in:
- Product training / teaching / L&D;
- Accounting or fintech domain

- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge + training aptitude may be considered (depending on company standards)

Salary Range: 35k to 45k

Roles:

- Conduct training sessions for recent hires (Sales & Support teams)
- Develop structured training programs & modules
- Simplify and explain HisabKitab product features (GST billing, invoicing, reports, etc.)
- Evaluate trainees through:
- Tests, assessments, and practical exercises

- Track and improve learning outcomes & performance
- Analyze competitor software and incorporate insights into training
- Continuously update training materials using AI tools
- Ensure teams are well-equipped to:

- Sell the product
- Support customers effectively

- Handle large group training sessions (50+ employees)

Qualification:

- Graduate in:
- Commerce (B.Com) / Accounting / Finance

- Additional preference:

- MBA (Finance) or relevant certifications
- Teaching or training certifications (bonus, not mandatory)
