Job Summary:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated BBA/MBA freshers-Marketing to join our team as Management Trainees. This role offers exposure across Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Support, and CRM Management, providing a strong foundation for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Support sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely resolution
- Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system
- Track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions through CRM tools
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of projects and client requirements
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Prepare reports and dashboards using CRM and internal tools
Requirements:
- BBA/MBA (Freshers can apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Engagement
- Basic understanding of CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a quick-paced environment
