Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize our digital marketing efforts across various online channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, generating leads, and improving overall digital performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Create and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Monitor and improve website performance through SEO best practices
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and automation workflows
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and other dashboards
- Coordinate with designers and content writers to ensure brand consistency
- Optimize landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field




- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools
- Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content marketing
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics
- Basic knowledge of graphic tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus

Preferred Skills

- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead management
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms
- Experience in running A/B testing and conversion optimization
- Understanding of video marketing and short-form content strategies

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Website traffic growth and engagement rates
- Cost per lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Conversion rates across campaigns
- Social media growth and engagement metrics
- Email open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
