About the Role

We are looking for a CA / CA Inter with 3–5 years of experience in a D2C or E-commerce company to manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Vendor & Customer Reconciliations, Inventory Accounting, and GST Compliance. The ideal candidate should have experience handling high-volume financial transactions and working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Vendor Payments, and Accounts Payable.
- Handle Customer Receivables, Collections, Credit Notes, Claims, and Reconciliations.
- Monitor customer receivables and inventory across Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Up-to-date Trade, and General Trade channels, including invoice-wise collections, deductions, credit notes, claims, and settlements
- Reconcile transactions across Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Modern Trade, and General Trade channels.
- Prepare vendor payment schedules and monitor working capital.
- Ensure GST fillings and compliance, statutory requirements, and audit readiness.




- Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to improve collection efficiency.
- Support process improvements, MIS preparation, and Audit readiness.

Requirements

- CA / CA Inter qualification is mandatory.
- 3–5 years of Finance & Accounts experience.
- Experience in a D2C or E-commerce company is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Vendor & Customer Reconciliations, and Inventory Accounting.
- Hands-on experience with Tally and/or SAP.
- Good understanding of GST, statutory compliance, financial controls, and audits.
- Exposure to Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket), Modern Trade, or General Trade will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
