We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Director to lead our football operations and drive the academy's technical vision.

Role Overview

The Technical Director will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the academy's football philosophy, ensuring consistency in coaching standards, and overseeing player development across all age groups.

This is a leadership position that requires both technical expertise and the ability to mentor coaches, build systems, and create a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities





- Lead the academy's technical direction and football philosophy.
- Develop and implement age-specific training curricula.
- Supervise and mentor coaching staff through regular evaluations and feedback.
- Monitor player development and establish clear progression pathways.
- Support team selection, player assessments, and talent identification.
- Plan seasonal training objectives across all academy programs.
- Ensure consistency in coaching methodology across all venues.
- Work closely with academy leadership on strategic planning and football operations.
- Promote a positive, disciplined, and player-centered culture.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
