Role Description The Senior Finance Officer is a full-time, in office position based in Tamil Nadu, India. This role is responsible for overseeing financial accounting processes, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Daily activities include monitoring cash flow, managing budgets, analyzing financial performance, and supporting cost control initiatives. The Senior Finance Officer will collaborate with management to provide financial insights, maintain compliance with local regulations, coordinate audits,



and help optimize financial procedures and systems. The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and business decision-making.
Qualifications

- Strong Finance and Financial Reporting skills, with the ability to manage end-to-end finance operations.
- Proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and interpreting Financial Statements.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to analyze financial data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Clear and effective Communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements in India.
- Hands-on experience with ERP or accounting software and strong MS Excel skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA) are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
