Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive online sales. The role involves managing social media, website content, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and performance marketing while analyzing campaign effectiveness and optimizing marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, etc.).
Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns.
Create engaging content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media.
Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
Generate quality leads through digital marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators to produce marketing materials.
Manage email marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Monitor campaign budgets and maximize ROI.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Coordinate with the sales team to support lead conversion and promotional campaigns.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or Digital Marketing is preferred.




2–5 years of experience in digital marketing (experience may vary based on role level).
Required Skills

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Understanding of email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or similar platforms.
Excellent content writing and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
