Description Role Overview This role focuses on proactively identifying and preventing revenue leakages strengthening internal controls and driving strategic initiatives to maximize revenue realization and profitability The incumbent will leverage deep analytical expertise and domain knowledge to identify process gaps improve systems and ensure robust revenue governance Key Responsibilities Design and implement controls to detect and prevent revenue leakages across the customer lifecycle Continuous monitoring of revenue streams and ensure completeness and accuracy Drive advanced analytics to identify trends anomalies and potential revenue risks Review and validate reconciliation between systems usage billing CRM and finance Identify process inefficiencies and control gaps leading to revenue loss and implement corrective actions Lead periodic audits and risk assessments across systems and processes Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives within revenue assurance Present insights risk areas and recovery plans to senior leadership Track revenue recovery leakage prevention and performance improvement initiatives
