About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to nurture the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of young learners. The ideal candidate will foster curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning through play-based and experiential teaching methodologies aligned with CBSE and NEP 2020 guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver age-appropriate, play-based, and activity-oriented lessons.
- Foster early literacy, numeracy, language, motor, and social development skills.
- Use storytelling, music, art, games, and hands-on activities to enhance learning.
- Encourage positive behaviour, independence, confidence, and good social habits.
- Identify students requiring additional support and collaborate with parents and school leadership when necessary.
- Prepare teaching aids, learning materials, and activity resources.
- Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs), school events, workshops,



and professional development programmes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan classroom activities and school celebrations.
- Support school functions, cultural events, and co-curricular activities.

Required Qualifications

- A graduation in any discipline from a recognised university.
- NTT / MTT / D.El.Ed. / ECCE or an equivalent Early Childhood Education qualification is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of phonics, experiential learning, and child-centric teaching methodologies.

Experience

- Minimum 0–3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE or reputed preschool/school.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and strong communication skills may also be considered.
