Job Title: HR Recruiter & Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and self-driven HR Recruiter & Operations Executive to manage talent acquisition activities along with day-to-day HR and administrative operations.

This role is primarily focused on recruitment (around 60%), with the remaining responsibilities involving HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently, possess strong coordination skills, and be able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (60%)

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Manage offer rollouts, follow-ups, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases,



and hiring reports

HR Operations & Administration (40%)

- Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees
- Manage employee documentation and HR records
- Handle employee engagement activities and internal events
- Coordinate laptop, IT assets, welcome kits, and courier arrangements for new joiners
- Support attendance, leave management, and general HR administration
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth employee onboarding experience
- Assist in office administration and day-to-day operational activities

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment, HR Operations, or HR Generalist roles
- Experience in IT recruitment is preferred
- Robust sourcing and candidate management skills
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Comfortable working independently and managing responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
