Job Location: Near Shivranjani Cross Road, Ahmedabad
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3+ years of 360 recruitment experience
- Solid healthcare recruitment background
- Experience recruiting Nurses, Doctors, and Allied Health Professionals
- Proven business development experience and ability to win new clients
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Strong candidate sourcing and placement experience
- Track record of permanent placements (not only temporary staffing)
- Experience working with NHS, Social Care, Education, or Private Healthcare clients
- Ability to build and manage client relationships independently
- Strong billing and revenue generation history preferred
