Assistant Manager – International Group Series (GIT) – Short Haul Destinations

Experience Required: 3+ years in Group Inclusive Tours (GIT), preferably Short Haul destinations

Key Responsibilities

- Design and structure International Group Series itineraries for Short Haul destinations (Southeast Asia, Middle East, SAARC region, etc.)
- Plan, cost, and operate GIT departures from concept to execution
- Coordinate with international ground handlers, hoteliers, airlines, and other vendors
- Monitor group bookings, seat allocations, and departure confirmations
- Support competitive pricing and cost control across group series
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to promote group series and drive bookings
- Assist in on-ground issue resolution during tour operations
- Track destination trends, competitor group series, and travel advisories
- Support post-tour reporting and cost analysis
- Maintain relationships with airlines and DMCs (Destination Management Companies) for short haul markets





Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in GIT design and operations, preferably in Short Haul destinations
- Good knowledge of international ticketing, visa processes, and destination logistics for short haul markets
- Experience operating group series tours
- Strong vendor coordination and negotiation skills
- Positive analytical skills for costing and pricing
- Ability to manage multiple group departures simultaneously
- Good communication and coordination skills across internal teams and external partners

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
- Existing network of short haul DMC and airline contacts
- Experience supporting escalations during international tour operations

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
