Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound queries related to insurance
- Provide explicit and accurate information to customers
- Maintain customer satisfaction through timely support
- Work in rotational shifts and week-offs
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualifications - HSC Passed
- Minimum 3 months BPO experience
- Good communication and customer service skills
