Qualification

- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified / Semi-Qualified, with a robust background in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, and Statutory Compliance.
- Candidates with CA Inter / CA Final qualification and relevant industry experience may also be considered.
- B.Com / M.Com with additional professional qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or Taxation will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Finance, preferably in a senior or managerial role.
- Strong experience in financial accounting, monthly and annual closure, finalisation of accounts, taxation, statutory compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Experience in handling statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and coordination with auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, EPC, project-based,



or import-export organisation will be preferred.
- Proven experience in leading or supervising an accounts team and independently managing end-to-end accounting operations.

Preferred Skills

- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act provisions, and other applicable statutory regulations.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting or ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, financial planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to review financial data, monitor project profitability, manage cash flow, and support management in financial decision-making.
- Excellent communication, leadership, team-management, and stakeholder-coordination skills.
