Overview

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to develop and execute impactful social media strategies. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital trends, data-driven decision-making, and creating engaging content that aligns with client business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies through research, platform selection, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
- Ideate and create cutting-edge social media concepts aligned with client objectives
- Create, edit, publish, and manage daily content (text, images, and video) to drive engagement and community growth
- Set up, manage, and optimize company profiles across social media platforms to enhance brand visibility
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content in accordance with community guidelines
- Plan and maintain editorial calendars and content distribution schedules
- Track, analyze,



and report on social media performance metrics; continuously optimize based on insights and best practices
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and industry developments
- Contribute to refining and improving internal social media processes and workflows

Requirements

- 3–4 years of proven experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist (agency experience preferred)
- Strong client management skills with a positive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused approach
- Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and consulting skills
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and performance tracking
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and major online marketing channels
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
