As a Senior Consultant Cosmetologist, you will deliver advanced skincare and aesthetic treatments while building long-term client relationships. This role combines clinical expertise, client consultation, and mentorship, contributing directly to service excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform advanced skincare and aesthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, and other specialized procedures.
- Conduct detailed client consultations to assess skin concerns and recommend customized treatment plans.
- Build and manage robust client relationships by delivering exceptional service and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and treatment documentation.
- Train, guide,



and mentor junior cosmetologists to uphold clinical and service standards.
- Support marketing, promotional, and client engagement initiatives to expand the client base.

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Cosmetology or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience as a cosmetologist.
- Strong expertise in advanced skincare treatments and aesthetic procedures.
- Excellent communication, counselling, and client management skills.
