Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Role Overview:

A premium label manufacturing company based in Ichchhapor, Surat, is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive with deep expertise in accounts finalisation, Inventory management and core financial operations. This is a stable, high-responsibility role that involves end-to-end ownership of company accounts and reporting, with direct interaction with the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Independently handle accounts finalisation, including ledgers, trial balance, and reconciliations

2. Ensure accurate day-to-day bookkeeping and entry management in Tally ERP

3. Prepare and file all GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) in a timely manner

4. Maintain and reconcile receivables and payables, vendor/customer ledgers

5. Assist in internal audits, tax compliance, and statutory filings

6. Generate monthly financial reports, MIS, and support in budget planning

7. Coordinate with CA firms and external auditors as needed

8.



Track inventory movements in coordination with the stores and production teams

9. Record raw material conversions and update finished goods inventory in accounts

10. Calculate cost of goods sold (COGS) and evaluate finished goods accurately

11. Reconcile physical inventory with financial records to ensure zero discrepancies

12. Collaborate closely with production and store departments for real-time inventory reporting

Candidate Requirements:

1. Minimum 4+ years of hands-on accounting experience

2. Strong command over accounts finalisation and reconciliation

3. Proficient in GST compliance and return filing

4. Must have working knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel

5. Familiarity with accounting principles, statutory rules, and audit documentation

6. Ability to work independently with accuracy and integrity
