Research Associate:

- Able to perform the reactions (mg to gram scale) & work independently under the guidance of the leader

- Independently support the scientific team with instrumentation and equipment operation and maintenance

- Able to understand & interpret various instruments like NMR, Mass, and HPLC

- Instrument purification, such as Combi flash, big columns, column packing. Deciding the mobile phase for purification

- Independently handling all types of glassware assembly arrangement, reaction reagent charging, maintaining temperature, nitrogen etc

- Should be able to understand the written instruction from the scientist, including patents and reprints, where the procedure highlighted by scientists

- Meticulous Documentation & proper data management

- To maintain the record book of the work done like purification or reaction

Senior Principal Scientist:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of chemistry scientists in a collaborative setting

- Drive multiple synthetic chemistry projects with a focus on quality, timelines, and cost

- Provide technical leadership on complex synthesis, route design, and troubleshooting

- Act as the primary client interface, ensuring clear communication and timely updates

- Ensure accurate documentation, data integrity, and audit-ready compliance

- Manage project budgets, resources,



and coordination with supply chain teams

- Support RFIs for FTE and FFS projects and contribute to business development

- Uphold lab safety standards and promote continuous training and skill development

- Support recruitment and organisational growth initiatives as required

Job requirements

Research Associate:

- Master’s in Organic Chemistry with 1-2 years of experience in the CRO Industry
Strong organisational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.

- Proactive, highly motivated with a "can do" attitude

- Exceptional interpersonal skills.

Senior Principal Scientist:

- PhD/Post Doc in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, or a related field.

- Minimum 15 years of experience in synthetic chemistry within a CRO or pharmaceutical company.

- Proven track record in managing complex chemistry projects from conception to delivery.

- Strong knowledge of organic synthesis, reaction mechanisms, purification techniques, and analytical methods.

- Experience working with clients, managing expectations, and delivering high-quality results.

- Excellent organisational, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
