XTGlobal is seeking a QuickBooks Desktop–experienced Accounting Resource to support accounting activities. The role involves handling day -to -day accounting tasks, reconciliations, and accounts payable processing.
This position is ideal for a flexible qualified who can take on additional responsibilities as needed when workload permits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with QuickBooks Desktop (QBD) for daily accounting operations
- Perform basic accounting tasks, including journal entries and data maintenance
- Carry out bank and account reconciliations on a periodic basis
- Process accounts payable, including invoice entry and payment support
- Maintain accurate and up -to -date accounting records
- Communicate effectively with internal colleagues via email and written correspondence
- Take on additional accounting or administrative tasks based on skill set and business needs
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands -on experience with QuickBooks Desktop
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Experience with reconciliations and accounts payable processes
- Good written English communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to support additional tasks when accounting workload is light
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
