Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all academic, administrative, and operational functions of the CBSE -affiliated school.
- Ensure full compliance with CBSE curriculum guidelines, examination protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of the school’s academic calendar, syllabi, and teaching methodologies.
- Supervise and mentor teachers, conduct performance reviews, and support professional development initiatives.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and protected school culture that promotes student well -being, ethical values, and academic excellence.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the school, parents, students, and external stakeholders including education boards and government bodies.
- Monitor student performance, attendance, and behavior; implement interventions to support at -risk learners.
- Manage school finances, budgets, and resource allocation in alignment with institutional goals.
- Promote innovation in teaching and learning through the integration of technology and modern pedagogical practices.
- Organize and lead school events, parent -teacher meetings, and community engagement activities.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and child protection policies across all school operations.
