Job description

We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead project planning and scheduling activities for large-scale industrial projects. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in handling Chemical, Hydrocarbon, Pharma, or other major Industrial projects with excellent command over project planning tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, monitor, and control detailed project schedules.

- Prepare and update project plans using MS Project and Primavera P6.

- Track project progress and conduct delay and risk analysis.

- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams.

- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports (MIS).

- Ensure timely achievement of project milestones and deliverables.

Job requirements

Requirements:





- BE – Mechanical or Civil (Full-time).

- Mechanical: Minimum 15 years of experience (Chemical / Hydrocarbon / Pharma industry preferred).

- Civil: Minimum 14 years of industrial project experience.

- Experience in Pharma / Chemical industries is mandatory.

- Strong hands-on experience in MS Project and Primavera P6 is mandatory.

- Experience in large-scale industrial projects.

- Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.
