• Execute high -volume outbound prospecting via cold
calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified meetings
for the sales team

• Research and identify ideal -fit prospects within target
industries and personas using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha or
equivalent.

• Execute outbound outreach using the playbook,
leveraging pre -built call pitches and mailer templates to engage prospects in a
consistent and compelling way.

• Manage database and lead management in the CRM (e.g.
Salesforce), logging all touchpoints and follow -ups

• Follow up and nurture relationships with prospects who have
shown not interested

• Collaborate closely with Sales Lead to ensure smooth meetings

• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs including dials,
emails sent, LinkedIn touchpoints, and qualified meetings booked

• Continuously test and iterate on messaging and outreach
