Responsibilities


- Manage daily operations of the ready mix plant, including production, shipping, inventory, and quality control

- Develop and implement production schedules based on business demands

- Ensure safety guidelines and regulations are adhered to at all times

- Maintain equipment, including regular inspections and coordinating necessary repairs or maintenance

- Train and supervise staff, ensuring they are competent in their roles and following safety procedures

- Coordinate deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of products

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and provide technical support when required

- Monitor product quality and implement quality control programs

- Analyze operational efficiency and implement changes as necessary

- Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts as required

- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards

- Develop and manage the plant’s budget, and oversee financial operations
