We are hiring energetic and goal-oriented Outbound Sales Executives for our Godrej Loan Sales process. This role focuses on selling financial loan products such as Home Loans, Business Loans, and other secured/unsecured loan services to potential customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and pitch loan products (Home Loan / Business Loan / Other Loans).
- Understand customer requirements and offer suitable loan solutions.
- Follow up with leads and ensure documentation is collected and submitted on time.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and updates in the CRM system.
- Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Educate customers on loan features, interest rates, eligibility, and other product perks.
- Maintain professional communication and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with internal departments for application processing and loan disbursement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in loan sales (Home Loan / Business Loan / any banking loan process).
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong sales approach.
