Job Description: Job Title: Impulse Manager – F &B; Industry - Mumbai

We are seeking an cutting-edge and results-driven Impulse Manager to support the Head of Marketing in driving spontaneous customer purchases and enhancing the overall customer experience at our café chain. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of consumer behavior and a passion for creating engaging in-store promotions and merchandising strategies.

Job Responsibility

* Develop Impulse Strategies: Create and implement strategies to encourage impulse purchases and increase average transaction value.
* In-Store Promotions: Plan and execute in-store promotional activities, including product displays, limited-time offers, and special events.
* Merchandising: Optimize product placement and visual merchandising to attract customer attention and drive sales.
* Analyze Consumer Behavior: Study customer buying patterns and preferences to tailor impulse strategies effectively.
* Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing, sales,



and operations teams to ensure cohesive and effective promotional activities.
* Monitor Performance: Track the performance of impulse initiatives and adjust strategies based on data and feedback.

* Proven experience in a retail or hospitality marketing role focused on sales and promotions.
