Role Summary:

The Guest Faculty in Economics will provide quality instruction to undergraduate students in accordance with the prescribed syllabus by Bengaluru City University(BCU). The faculty member will ensure a structured approach to teaching, fair assessment, and active involvement in academic planning and institutional development.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Teach economics papers as assigned in the UG curriculum and timetable.

Maintain strict time discipline in class schedules.

Develop and implement course plans, ensuring timely completion of syllabus.

Design student-friendly assignments and ensure transparent and fair evaluation.

Communicate evaluation criteria and provide constructive feedback.

Support the college in organizing academic and co-curricular programs, assessments, and exams.

Remuneration:

Rs. 1,000/- per offline theory class.

Remuneration includes tasks such as assessments, brief meetings, and curriculum-related duties.

Conveyance allowance applicable for participation in meetings or programs (non-teaching).
