- Master planning and development of extensive land parcels, which includes Town & Country planning.
- Coordination of concept to design with consultants.
- Optimization of layouts, utilization of Floor Area Ratio (FAR), and alignment with zoning regulations.
- Strong collaboration with development, leasing, and execution teams.
- Experience with mixed-use or large-scale commercial projects.
- Proficiency in land architecture.
Candidates must have experience with DTCP and layout planning.
