The Immigration Telecaller will be responsible for managing incoming calls, providing information to clients regarding immigration procedures, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide information related to immigration services and procedures.
- Assist clients in understanding immigration laws, regulations, and processes.
- Schedule appointments for clients with immigration consultants or legal advisors.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the database.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or queries they may have.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
