The Field Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manages risk during service delivery. nnJob Location:nnWest Coast and East Coast of INDIAnnReporting to Product and Service Delivery Manager nnKey Responsibilities:nnThese responsibilities are activities that correspond to the key processes.nn * Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.n * Responsible for service delivery execution.n * Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.n * Running in 2 Tier, 3 Tier and 5 Tier Multi-lateral completions tools as per SOP with operational efficiency.n * Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.n * Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.n * Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.n * Responsible for routine well surveillance,



problem well diagnostics and proficient in downhole remediation practices and prepare field operational procedures.n * Work with drilling team on completion proposal, installation, snubbing unit operation, tubing installation and retrieval.n * Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.n * Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.n * Maintain the required safety training.nnnnBehaviour:nn * Learns quickly and adapts to new problems and situations.n * Pursues everything with energy, drive, and a need to finish.
