We are seeking a dedicated and student-focused Cosmetology Academy Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right career paths and cosmetology programs. The ideal candidate will have a background in counselling or psychology, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive student admissions through effective engagement and guidance.

Experience & Qualification

- 1–2 years of experience in counselling or a related field.
- Diploma or Degree in Counselling, Psychology, or a related discipline.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide career counselling and guidance to students regarding cosmetology programs.
- Explain course details, career opportunities,



and industry prospects to prospective students.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and orientation sessions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Support and achieve student admission targets through proactive counselling and follow-ups.
- Offer personalized guidance based on individual interests and career goals.

Requirements

- Female candidate preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid counselling and student engagement abilities.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work towards admission targets.
