As a member of our ground staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures - Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from passengers - Monitor flight schedules and communicate any changes or delays to passengers - Coordinate with other airport staff, such as pilots and flight attendants, to ensure a protected and timely departure - Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the flight - Maintain a clean and organized airport terminal - Adhere to all safety and security protocols and regulations - Assist with loading and unloading of baggage and cargo - Handle cash and process payments for excess baggage or other services - Assist passengers with special needs or disabilities - Complete administrative tasks,
