Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival areas - Handle and process passenger baggage, including tagging, loading, and unloading - Assist passengers with special needs or requests, such as wheelchair assistance or language translation - Conduct security screenings and ensure compliance with all safety regulations - Provide excellent customer service to all passengers, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner - Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the terminal and gate areas - Collaborate with other ground staff members and flight crew to ensure on-time departures and arrivals - Handle any flight delays, cancellations,
