Job Summary:


We are seeking a dedicated and result -oriented Admission Counsellor for a reputed Cambridge/IB school in Pune. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to guide parents and students through the admission process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:


- Handle admission inquiries from parents and students

- Provide detailed information about school programs, curriculum, and facilities

- Conduct counselling sessions and campus tours for prospective parents

- Manage the complete admission process from inquiry to enrolment

- Maintain accurate admission records and follow -up data

- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admission operations

- Achieve admission targets and ensure excellent parent engagement





- Assist in promotional and outreach activities for admissions


Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Admission Counsellor or similar role

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Robust interpersonal and counselling abilities

- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools preferred

- Experience in Cambridge/IB school setup will be an added advantage
