Job description

Responsibilities Taking market feedback on various campaigns and compiling information and preparing a report of same. Monitor campaigns for sales promotion. Follow up to field staff related to sales format and marketing campaigns Responsible for new product launching in different areas. Joint fieldwork with the field staff to develop the territories and to understand the market dynamics and demand, identifying market opportunities for brand building.



Handling Doctor Interaction/ CMEs Train, motivate and guide the field force to ensure the continuous growth of the brand. Sending regular motivational circulars to the field staff & business partners. Coordinate with the Distribution department for allocation of products. Required Skills Logical thinking. Organizing. Good in communication.
