Job Description:
To provide the Cost/Headcount/Financial Analysis along with support on Budgets and Forecasting for RCM businesses of US Hospitals (RCM Clients) - looking for a candidate having exposure in areas ofFinancialPlanning and Analysis
Job Responsibility:

- Review/Prepare the below mentioned activities
- Preparing Monthly Allocation Models
- Current and past trends in key performance indicators of cost and work on variances
- Accruals entries and EPBCS Tie out to support on month-end close
- Detailed Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly HC reports & other reporting




- Monthly Financial Reporting Packages within depth commentary (business)
- Finance Business Partnership
- Supporting the stakeholders in SOX and other internal Audits
- Supporting on Budgeting and Forecasting
- Managing multiple stakeholders
- Supporting the Onshore on presentation (PPT etc.) of Financials to leadership
- Driving Improvements in process
- Managing Process Transitions
- Monthly Directional Connect with Onshore/India Leadership
- Extensive knowledge of handling end to end Business P/L & reporting for a US based ops.

Qualifications (Must have):

- Bachelor/master's degree in finance & Accounts
- 6 to 8+ years' experience in Financial Planning and Analysis domain
- 4+ years of Experience in Client Management
- Strong Analytical and Reporting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent MS-Excel skill

Preferred

- Oracle ERP and excellent knowledge of EPBCS and Adaptive
- Presentation skills
