One of our Clients , a renowned Diagnostic Center ,having branches in India , has an opening for

Assistant Manager- Hub Incharge (Home Healthcare) , the details of which are as below : -

uF0B7 To manage the home healthcare operations of the region/area assigned.

uF0B7 Responsible for the operations and P& L of the region assigned.

Key Account-abilities -

uF0B7 Operational knows how of the visit booking, execution, issues and customer feedback.

uF0B7 Team management of the technician team roastering, leave management.

uF0B7 To manage the team of technicians in the area and responsible for the attendance management, roastering, area mapping, compensation management.

uF0B7 To maintain record of all the visits carried out by each technician.

uF0B7 To minimize the number of visits outsourced month on month.

uF0B7 To reallocate resources and manage operations during leaves, absenteeism.

uF0B7 To regularly visit the technicians in the area and maintain rapport and relation with the team.





uF0B7 To track the stock requirements for all technician in the region and give indent to stock in charge for next process.

uF0B7 To check visit allocation for the next day in the region and make necessary changes where required

uF0B7 To be updated at all time with any issues in visit execution across the region and proactively take action or escalate wherever necessary.

uF0B7 To gather customer feedback for 30% of the visits carried out in the region through calling.

uF0B7 Responsible for retention of the technician in the team.

uF0B7 Responsible for training of any newly hired technician.

uF0B7 Co-ordinate with the call center team and outsourced vendor.

uF0B7 To audit visit technicians in the region 2 visit per technician per month.

uF0B7 To handle any customer grievance and escalate and close the complaints.

uF0B7 To meet monthly targets and increase the number of visits in the region

Requirements

Qualifications u2013 BSC along with DMLT/MLT

Experience u2013 Minimum 5 years of experience of team management experience

Age - Not more than 40 years (Male Only)

Skills Required :-

- Strong man management skills (Team work)

- Analytical and result driven

- Customer focus

- Problem analysis and resolution at functional level
