Job description

Education Diploma/Engineering in electrical/mechanical with MBA in marketing or equivalent degree in sales from good institute. Experience 12-15 year experience in HORECA segment, min 4-5 years direct project selling experience in HORECA. Good Technical Knowledge of the Commercial Kitchen equipment, gadgets and appliances. Age- Not more than 40 Years Major Roles & Responsibilities Focus - Direct project selling experience in HORECA segment (Hotel-ware, Kitchen-ware, Commercial Kitchen equipment, Gadgets & Appliances). Candidate should have proficient exposure & hands-on experience of the related industry- Kitchen Equipment/Gazettes in setting up Marketing / distribution channels and reaching to the end- customers.



Heading the sales vertical and ensuring all strategies & implementation for maximization of sales and capturing a major portion of domestic market. He should have exposure in end- to end sales generation, understanding & introducing profitable product mix as per customer requirement (preferable liking) & satisfaction. Thorough knowledge of existing distribution channels, market behavior/trend, competitors and their working and PRICING. Should be energetic driver in conversion of prospective leads/customers to actual business with his sales team and achieve success in revenue generation as per target consistently. Will to stay with the company and Contributing in company growth. Traits- Ethical & Professional, Leadership in driving efficient sales force, Logical Decision maker & good inter-personal & communication skills
