Job Description

Professional with min 3-5 years’ experience in handling customer projects in Sales, project management, development, quality or Application areas.

Looking for a Competent Sales and project management professional with following traits:

· Self-motivated and result seeking professional

· Good analytical skills, commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset





· Able to think and quickly respond in critical situations,

· Experience in project planning and risk management,

· Working in cross functional team,

· Perform under challenging budgets and timelines,

· Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Tasks include:

· Customer Relationship management

· Forecasting of Market, segment, customer projects & identify business potential

· Project cost evaluation, Project calculations, Cost enquiries,

· Preparation of business cases and seek approvals

· Support negotiations, contracting and follow up for nominations

· Timely update of prices due to various factors

· Prepare project timelines with internal and external stakeholders

· Set up review and escalation meetings without fear of hierarchy

· Project contracting with internal matrix organization for each project

· Maintain project budget and delivery dates, Follow up projects with regular internal and external reviews

· Project reporting at review gremiums and seek milestone approvals as per defined process

· Billing and receivables

· Change management

Qualifications

B.E – Mechanical/Automobile/E&E;/Instrumentation w/ 3-5 years of experience

· Working knowledge of SAP, MS office tools, PPAP and APQP process

· Experience in interacting with OEM-R&D;, Purchasing and Materials
