General Summary:
POSITION SUMMARY:
The role is to support and increase efficiencies and effectiveness of the Stock Admin team. Responsibilities may include day-to-day and routine transaction processing, reconciliation, reporting and database maintenance
The ideal candidate will be responsible for hands-on, end-to-end administration of QCOM equity plans on E.TRADE (including Options, RSU's, and a global ESPP).
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support day-to-day administration of the company's equity programs, including processing new equity awards, exercises, cancellations and repurchases.




- Maintain data in Equity Edge Online/E.TRADE database to ensure accuracy of participant information.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding equity programs and education while providing excellent service to plan participants at all levels
- Prepare reports for internal partners and respond to ad hoc data requests
- Assist with development and delivery of employee trainings and communications
- Owns responsibility for ensuring compliance with US and international tax laws regarding equity incentive
- Manage Quarter End, RSUs, ESPP activities and other non-US filings under stringent timelines with greater degree of accuracy.
- Processing transfers both County to Country for international and State to State for Domestic (U.S) and update the details in Equity Edge.
- Perform with large data sets, audits, reconciliations, v-lookups, data edits and complex calculations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and foreign regulations along with securities laws
- Manage relations with all third-party administrator as well as captive broker.
- Collaborate with SOX, Finance, Payroll, Legal and Human Resources on entire stock reporting requirements
- Audit of New Hires and Terminations processing in EEO as per SOX requirements.
- Perform to enhance efficiencies, processes, and accuracy of data





Skills required:

- 4-6 years of relevant equity administration experience on the Equity Edge Online platform
- Experience in handling tools like Equity Edge Online (EEO), E.TRADE Client Resource Center (CRC), Workday and knowledge of various stock plans - RSU's, ESPP and Options will be value addition.
- Familiarity with U.S. federal and state taxation relating to equity compensation
- Familiarity with International tax law relating to equity programs
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Flexible enough to work in the Night shifts (preferable in US time zone).
