Job Description - Costing Manager (Tool Room)

Key Responsibilities
>Prepare detailed cost estimates for Press tools, Blanking and forming dies, Welding fixtures and jigs, Prototype tooling and development tools.
>Analyse customer drawings, CAD data, and specifications for costing.
>Estimate Raw material cost, Machining cost, Outsourcing/vendor cost.
>Design and develop recent tools, tooling, and fixtures for various manufacturing processes.
>Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for tool designs.
>Troubleshoot issues related to existing tools, die design, GDT (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), casting process.

Key Skills
>Strong proficiency in Unigraphics NX software/ Auto CAD.
>Candidate must be from an Automobile, Sheet Metal or Engineering parts manufacturing Company.
>Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.

Qualifications: Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or relevant specialization (B. Tech/B.E.)
Software Skills: Solid works /NX / Auto CAD
Experience: Minimum 10 to 15 years experience in the related field.
CTC: 9.0 to 12.00 LPA
