Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage monthly reporting packs, including balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, intercompany accounting, and delivery leadership.

- Ensure accurate and timely record-to-report (RTR) processes across various entities within the organization.

- Oversee team management and people management skills to lead a team of professionals responsible for RTR activities.

- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration.

- Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 11-21 years of experience in Record To Report (RTR), preferably in IT Services & Consulting industry.

- Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.B.A., B.M.S., B.Com).

- Solid expertise in Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Fixed Asset Accounting, Intercompany Accounting, Delivery Leadership, Team Management, People Management Skills.
